Check the calendar for availability. You may still submit a request for a date/time that is booked, special consideration may be given to date specific events.

No alcoholic beverages or smoking/vaping are permitted in the church or on church property.

A security/cleaning deposit of $150 will be required for all uses of church property. It is payable in advance (this will be used to secure your reservation) and refundable upon satisfactory inspection of the premises by facility personnel.

Parking for The Place is located in the grass lot on the corner of Main and Third Streets with access off Third Street through the alley between the church building and the parking lot. Enter The Place through the doors on the North side between the buildings. Please use lot provided and DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF NEIGHBORING RESIDENTIAL HOMES. Accessible parking and loading/unloading spaces are located behind The Place on Lake Street.

Specific policies apply to use of The Place and will need to be signed prior to use. These policies include but are not limited to kitchen safety, use of equipment, and cleaning instructions.

Fee/donation schedule (payable when taking possession of the facility)

Meeting Space 1/2 day (up to 6 Hours) $60 ($35 for recurring use)
Meeting Space full day (up to 12 hours) $100 ($60 for recurring use)
Kitchen 1/2 day (up to 6 Hours) $60 ($35 for recurring use)
Kitchen full day (up to 12 hours) $100 ($60 for recurring use)
Kitchen and Meeting Space 1/2 day (up to 6 Hours) $120 ($50 for recurring use)
Kitchen and Meeting Space full day (up to 12 hours) $200 ($85 for recurring use)
Kitchen or Meeting Space $10 per hour for use 4+ times per month
Kitchen or Meeting Space $8 per hour for use 12+ times per month
